This oven cooks great I wasn't expecting to cook so good for the price... Pizza came out great I also cook the wings and they're probably the best wings I've ever had!
Great char and spotting on the crust. Give it a good 18-20 minutes to get temp up. (Follow the directions)
When it hits 850- 900° launch that pie. Put the door on and don't walk away. Cook's pizza in under 90 seconds. Turn pie every 15-20 seconds.
Just keep the pellets fire flowing.
I bought a large plastic storage box and put the oven in it. Take off the pipe first.
Sets up quickly, starts easy with the traeger pellets. Gets hot in 19 mins. And cooks a 12” pizza in 2 mins. Nice crispy undercarriage and blistered crust.
You can have a very good pizza and a lot of fun with this oven!
First pizzas came out great! Follow the instructions and turn the pizza every 15 seconds and it will cook just right.
